The owner or manager was incredibly helpful and patient, even guiding me to the hotel during a retour on the streets. They accepted my late check-in and resolved all my demands fairly. The room was newly renovated, modern, warm, and had a well-working air conditioning. The cleanliness was top-notch with nothing forgotten. A good night's sleep was guaranteed. The secure and free parking was a bonus. I also appreciated the local tips and flyers for travelers. I would definitely recommend and return. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed its wonderful and kind staff.

The location was fab, for example, a science museum was just a short stroll away from the hotel. Queen room was beautiful and modest had hypo-allergenic pillows.

Nice little budget hotel with acceptable value, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was in a good location, very close to the center. Moreover, its short walk to tram station, centre and place, and Close to the tram which arrives out front. The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with big bathrooms and AC, as example, had a good night's sleep. The stuff where really helpful and very helpful and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

The room was too small.

Liked the convenience of key location aspects, with free parking available which made it easy to explore the city. The room was spotless, and we appreciated the extra touches such as basic bathroom cosmetics and the availability of a kettle for making hot drinks. The staff were accommodating and willing to work with our schedule, making our arrival after working hours seamless.

Disliked the noise level, especially as we could hear noise from the bar located next to the hotel. It was quite difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel had a good location for public transportation, with easy access to the tram and the airport road. However, it was far away from the Old City Center, which could be inconvenient.

The room we were given did not meet our expectations. The smoke smell from the cigarettes was overwhelming and the room was small and poorly ventilated.

Close to city center & well connected (tram station at 50m), nice owner, mini-market & restaurant at 10m!

I think the place is a bit pricey for what you get. Location is not so great, although the tram is easy enough to use.

Good location (within walking distance to the city centre), very, very friendly, hospitable and helpful staff, nice bars and restaurants nearby, small but really cosy room

You could smell cigarette smoke in the room (probably coming from the bar downstairs), a bit smelly bathroom although it looked clean, the shower kept dripping - impossible to turn off, the place might be slightly difficult to reach by car if you're driving from the south - make sure you study the map carefully beforehand as making a U-turn for a first-time visitor may be virtually impossible (but that's typical of big cities)

Good location steps from tram stop, fairly close to old town, but farther than we would walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry service was reasonable priced and quick. We left our clothes when we went out at 9am and it was in our room when we returned at 6pm. Except for a questionable looking carpet the room was extremely well decorated.

Room was very small--but larger rooms were available at a price. Doors and locks were less than solid, but theft seemed unlikely in this establishment.
